URGENT NOTICE: Corporate Dispute Regarding H Salon Ltd and its Assets
This domain, hsalon.hair, has been personally purchased and is registered to Radhika Srinivasan, including my name, address, and contact details. I am a significant shareholder and former director of H Salon Ltd.
This site serves as a critical public notice regarding a severe and ongoing corporate dispute involving Annabel Sharpe and Jonathan Sharpe concerning the operations, assets, and intellectual property of H Salon Ltd.
All issues detailed below are fully documented and are subject to active legal and regulatory processes.
Summary of Key Breaches and Unlawful Actions:
Unilateral Director Removal & Exclusion: Annabel Sharpe unlawfully removed my access to key company accounts and operations without notice, compensation, or a formal resolution. She subsequently filed backdated changes at Companies House, registering her father, Jonathan Sharpe, as a shareholder. They then claimed to have held a valid vote to remove me as a director, despite serious questions regarding the validity of that process, Jonathan’s legal shareholding, and shareholder eligibility at the time.
Misappropriation of Intellectual Property & Assets: H Salon Ltd's valuable assets and intellectual property, developed over 3,500+ hours of my unpaid, recorded labour, were transferred to Annabel Sharpe's new registered entity, Samia Ricini Ltd. This was done without shareholder transparency or formal approval, in direct violation of the Companies Act 2006, Section 190, which requires shareholder consent for substantial property transactions with connected parties.
Bad Faith Trademark Filings: Three "H Salon" brand trademarks were secretly registered by Jonathan Sharpe's separate company, The Ulin Group Limited, undermining H Salon Ltd's original brand. These trademarks were later covertly transferred to Samia Ricini Ltd, Annabel Sharpe’s newly registered company, with no disclosure, necessary notice, board approval, or shareholder vote to H Salon Ltd shareholders. This constitutes a bad faith attempt to seize H Salon Ltd's core intellectual property.
Refusal of Compensation & Unjust Enrichment: Annabel Sharpe continues to refuse repayment of my full legally owed director's loan by H Salon Ltd. Furthermore, she denies fair compensation for my significant labour and intellectual property contributions, which continue to be commercialised by her new company after my unlawful exclusion. Her claim that my labour and IP were "paid in equity" is unsubstantiated by any documentation or IP assignment.
Legal Actions Underway:
A claim has been filed in the Small Claims Court against Annabel Sharpe for the unpaid director's loan. This case, Case number: 1752 4976 2860 8271, will expose the full context of these actions.
Formal, evidence-based reports detailing director misconduct, breaches of duty, and unauthorised asset disposal have been submitted to relevant UK regulatory bodies for investigation, including the UK Intellectual Property Office (IPO), Companies House, The Insolvency Service, and Action Fraud (Police).
This public disclosure is necessary to ensure transparency for all stakeholders and to protect my legitimate interests as a significant shareholder and co-creator of the H Salon brand.
